Cancellation Policy

NO-SHOW: In the case you are unable to show up to your scheduled appointment, please notify me ahead of time. Failure to do so will result in a 20% CANCELLATION FEE. Additionally, this may also lead to being BLOCKED FROM BOOKING FUTURE APPOINTMENTS. LATENESS: In the case you are arriving late to your scheduled appointment, you have a MAXIMUM grace period of 15 MINUTES. Any time after those 15 minutes will result in the 20% CANCELLATION FEE being APPLIED. CANCELLING/RESCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS: To avoid the application of the CANCELLATION POLICY, CANCELLATIONS must be made at least 24 HOURS prior to your scheduled appointment. You will have the option to reschedule your appointment if needed. I understand that last-minute emergencies can happen, and I strive to be accommodating in such situations. However, I also value both my time and yours. Therefore, I kindly ask that you notify me in advance whenever possible. Thank you for understanding!
